每个人都希望自己的意见受到重视，谈判时倾听对方的意见尤其重要。当你和他人进行沟通时，除了说出自己的想法以外，随时可加上一句What is your opinion?（你的意见如何？）或I'd like to hear your ideas about the problem．（我想听听你对这个问题的看法）来交换意见，不但让对方感觉受到重视，更能使你们因思想的交流而逐渐达成共识。

B:I agree.But this is not the most important thing about a product.
