In some countries, people have access to a variety of food imported from foreign countries. Do you think the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

To be more precise, to keep them fresh during the long-distance transportation, crossing borders or over the sea, excessivepreservatives may be used, or those foods may be over-frozen. [文脉：argument 1] One advantage is that consumers have a wide selection offood and a diverse menu. As a result, the quality of life is better than when the food choice is confined to the local products. [“横向”开展] Meanwhile,  having this broad choice of food, people have the chance to have better nutrition. [接下来“纵向”开展] Foreign foods may contain nutrients that local products do not have, such as certain vitamins and minerals. [进一步“横向”开展：从营养讲到健康]As a result, the country’s population may enjoy the health benefits, and children in particular can grow robust. [文脉：argument 2] What is more, the introduction of non-local food spurs the growth of market. It is only when various foods come into the local market that the quality and diversity of market increase. 主体段写作之版本二

[文脉：弊端的演示] On one hand, imported foods may negatively affect the diet of local consumers. More precisely, they may cause dietary disorder. Some of the substances contained in the foreign food are likely to disagree with the local people, who have long been used to their local nutrition. For example, the locals’ digestive system may be unable to adapt to those foreign substancesand feel upset.
