项目背景
国际贸易谈判是指不同国家或地区的商务活动当事人,为满足各自需要,通过信息交流与磋商争取达成一致意见的行为和过程。参与到谈判过程的主体代表着不同的文化背景,其价值观、思维方式、行为方式、交往模式、语言和风俗习惯等,这些因素对谈判的成功与否会产生直接影响。因此在面对多元化背景下的国际贸易谈判活动,商业贸易谈判的精髓是什么?雷区有哪些?如何快速判断谈判对象的需求,找到双方利益平衡点,为己方争取利益?这些问题的答案,将在项目中一一得到解答。项目将在来自美国导师兼行业专家的指导下进行,旨在帮助学生全面培养商业谈判的能力以及国际化视野,为未来的升学和求职奠定良好的基础。
International trade negotiations refer to the actions and processes of parties involved in business activities in different countries or regions to achieve agreement through information exchange and consultation in order to meet their needs. The subjects involved in the negotiation process represent different cultural backgrounds, values, ways of thinking, behaviour, patterns of interaction, language and customs, etc., which have a direct impact on the success of the negotiations. This project will help students fully develop their business communication and negotiation skills for future career development.

在国际商务活动中,谈判的双方或多方都有着一定的共同利益,但他们之间也存在商业利益的冲突。应该承认,在商务活动中无时无刻不充满矛盾和冲突,而关键是我们如何运用有效的手段来化解这些矛盾和冲突。随着国际贸易的深化,国际间企业的合作也越来越密切,因此各种层次各种内容的国际谈判层出不穷,想要赢得主动权,精湛的谈判技巧尤为重要。该项目内容主要包括商业谈判技巧和实战模拟分析,旨在通过实际的国际企业商业贸易中的谈判模拟分析和专业的理论研究,为学生提供系统的商业贸易谈判逻辑和话术,学生将掌握如何为一场谈判做准备,判断谈判双方利益平衡点,在谈判中提升话语说服力,最终能够熟练运用谈判技巧提升谈判胜率。学生将在项目结束时自选主题,提交项目报告,进行成果展示。
The course is aimed at developing analytical and communication skills that are necessary for successful business negotiations. Negotiation is described as a complex three-stage process that consists of preparation, negotiating, and post-negotiation implementation and evaluation. The course combines both theoretical knowledge of leading negotiation scholars and practical experience through learning by doing. The students will be engaged in business games, training, group discussions and creative tasks.
