From my point of view, sports courses form an essential part of children's education for many reasons. 

First of all, doing sports helps maintain the physical fitness of students. Movement coming from physical exertion during exercise promotes circulation of blood to all parts of the body. Thus, it helps to prevent diseases and sickness. 

Moreover, exercise develops sportsmanship among students. When they play as a team, they are able to identify their role and worth to reach the same goal. It also helps promote their friendship and personality. 

Therefore, I think sports courses should be mandatory in school.

It is my mother whom I miss most when I am away from home, for example, study in the university which is 1400 miles away from my born city of Beijing. The dishes in school's cafeteria is awful, and I become 3 kilograms thinner than I was in the high school. So I miss the food my mother cooks for me, especially spegattis which is her signature dishes.

I definitely agree that one should observe before helping others when there is a dangerous situation. 

For one thing, keep a clear mind helps you come up with better solutions to the emergency. Like, if the rescue may need more people than you alone or other tools. And you have to stop and think where to get them. 

In addition, if you rush too quickly to the scene, you may even endanger yourself. That‛s definitely not helpful for anyone. 

Last but not the least, if a person is badly injured or suffering from heart attack, your incorrect rescue may lead to his death. 

So for these reasons, I think it will be wiser to think before you rescue people in danger.
