Go out of your way to find ways to enjoy your job.  Be willing to take on more responsibility.

 

Ask for Training

 

Get as much training as possible!  Take any training that is available from your employer.

----The type of job.  Whether the job or position interests me or not and whether the job I am confident about or not are important, because they will affect my future performance and career development.

 

----Salary.  Whether the salary is reasonable or not will influence my attitude towards work.  You know if I am not well-paid, I have to find a part-time job to support my family and won't be able to concentrate on my new post.
