Steve: You haven't moved from your desk for about five hours Mike.
Mike: Tell me about it! I have two submissions due by 4PM today and I am way behind.
Steve: I know that the reports are vital, but so is your health.
Mike: My health is fine - I haven't had the flu at all this year.
Steve: But what about your eyes and hands?
Mike: They feel fine. Why are you asking about my eyes and hands?
Steve: The HR department says that we should take a break for five minutes every hour to rest our eyes from staring at the computer and our hands from typing.
Mike: Really? I didn't know that.
Steve: Listen up and I will lecture you about OH&S.
史蒂夫：你在桌子旁边差不多五个小时都没动了迈克。
迈克：你说我该怎么办！四点之前我要交两个报告，我要赶不及了。
史蒂夫：我知道报告很重要，可你的健康也一样重要。
迈克：我的健康很好，这一年我都没得感冒。
史蒂夫：那你的眼睛和手呢？
迈克：它们很好，你为什么要问我的眼睛和手呀？
史蒂夫：人力资源部的人说我们应该每一小时休息五分钟，让一直盯着电脑的眼睛和打字的手休息一下。
迈克：真的吗？我不知道这些。
史蒂夫：好好听，我给你讲一堂职业健康和安全讲座。
