　　【同意原因】(1)原来只有两个tutor，they handle all the papers. 如果多聘用几个tutor，students would not need to wait for a long time;(2)大多数同学周六周日没有课，周末开门，学生们做paper的时间会更为free。

　　【内容讲解】customers would remember the name of products if they generate themselves

　　【1个例子】a research demonstrate this theory, two commercials for a soft drink：(1)repeat the name and characteristics of the drink several times, but in later interview most people forgot the name;(2)same as the first one, but ends with a question: What is the name of the soft drink? Then nearly all people could name it later.

　　【2种方式】(1)searching food alone, individually。因为这个地方的食物很分散，group一起找食物，就会不够吃。各自找会有better chance 找到更多吃的。给了一个例子 ：猩猩ape 都自己找食;(2)make sounds保护自己的领地。穿过厚厚的叶子树来让别的兄弟知道，要不然在树上飞就会撞一起，从而导致受伤。给了一个例子：说一种monkey， 他们大叫来让不小心进入其领地的动物知道这是他的地盘。
