Concluding the Contract
1.商务建议
合同中，表示确切的日期用on，如on May l（在五月一日当天）。表示到某月某日之前则用by或before o by不包括当天，如by May l（到五月一日之前）就不包括五月一日，指到April 30为止。from May I也不包括当天，意指从May 2开始。若用commencing则包括当天。这些介词的用法，必须事先多加注意，以避免日后发生麻烦。
